Who We Are

Since August 2007, CPMG has been dedicated to delivering honest, professional, and consistently reliable service to our clients. We take pride in being one of the most trusted Community Association Management firms in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach Counties. As a family-owned and operated company, we consider our Associations an extension of our family, with some having grown alongside us since our inception. Our familial structure ensures that our Associations receive the highest level of professionalism and benefit from over 30 years of combined experience from our Licensed Community Association Managers (CAMs).

In our continuous pursuit of progress, we have implemented numerous changes over the years. In early 2022, we relocated from our Miami Lakes office to our first newly constructed office, conveniently situated near I-95, Florida’s Turnpike, and the Palmetto Expressway. This move has made it even easier for our clients to visit us and has provided our staff and clients with a modern and welcoming office environment. Additionally, we have expanded our Customer Service Department to ensure that there is always someone available to assist our Associations and Homeowners. We are also growing our management team and will continue to assign Licensed Community Association Managers to all our Associations.
